Dietetics and Nutrition
Value through innovation and creativity
The Profession
The Dietitian is a nutrition expert who plays a key role in raising awareness, educating, and promoting healthy eating habits.
As a clinical dietitian, they provide nutritional guidance to maintain or improve patients’ health. They design personalized diet plans based on individual needs, incorporating medical prescriptions when necessary.
In the food industry and collective catering sector, they ensure compliance with standards and regulations while guaranteeing the quality of the meals served.
The program
Organized into two cycles
The first cycle:
THE BACHELOR
Throughout the program, students progress from general dietetics — which focuses on balanced nutrition for healthy individuals — to a more specialized approach tailored to specific or pathological situations. This progression prepares them for clinical dietetic practice by familiarizing them with the field’s professional requirements. They also gain in-depth knowledge in hygiene, safety, sustainability, and food legislation — all essential for effectively managing food production units. In parallel, the program emphasizes the development of interpersonal and communication skills, enabling students to integrate smoothly into professional teams and to promote health effectively.
The second cycle:
THE MASTER
The second cycle, at the Master's level, leads students to the status of health manager.
This program represents an advanced specialization in the fields of agri-food
and human nutrition. Students acquire in-depth expertise in these
areas, thus strengthening their ability to practice their profession with excellence.
